The Queen Street flagship store showcases a new vision for the future of Optus’ retail stores. The two-story store was designed as a modern, industrial and green filled space that uses a refined palette of materials incorporating textured concrete, warm timbers and soft upholstery. With 11 unique zones throughout, the store is cleverly designed to cater for all customer types and their specific needs.
