Optus’ new two-storey flagship store in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall sets a new benchmark for telecommunications retail. At Queen Street, we designed an intuitive, customer-first space that enhances service efficiency while reinforcing the brand’s identity. The layout integrates zoned experiences for different customer needs, from interactive Kids Zones to fast-service Express Connect areas that optimise customer flow.
The store’s contemporary material palette, integrated digital touchpoints, and modular design elements ensure scalability. This approach allows Optus to maintain its brand integrity across flagship, boutique, and regional locations.
