Tucked away in the heart of Lathlain, Cosy Del’s is a northern Italian-inspired wine bar designed for lingering afternoons and late-night suppers. Rooted in a love for seasonal ingredients and exceptional wines, the space feels as warm and inviting as its name suggests.
Whether sipping on an old-world classic or a local drop, guests are encouraged to settle in, explore, and enjoy. The design enhances this sense of intimacy, creating a venue that feels both familiar and effortlessly refined—a place where good food, great wine, and genuine hospitality come together.
Cosy Del’s is a seamless blend of old-world charm and modern warmth, designed to feel like a hidden gem worth discovering. The interiors layer rich textures, ambient lighting, and timeless materials, creating a space that evolves effortlessly from day to night.
A sliding secret wine door connects the original venue to its new expansion, adding a sense of intrigue and discovery. Thoughtfully curated design elements—from soft, intimate seating to warm timber finishes—enhance the relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Every detail is considered to encourage connection and linger-worthy moments, ensuring Cosy Del’s remains a favourite for locals and newcomers alike.
