A space where craft, contrast, and coffee culture come together in perfect balance.
Designed to heighten the senses—Blacklist Coffee Roasters Bali is where specialty coffee meets immersive design.
Blacklist Coffee Roasters Bali reimagines the coffee experience, transforming it into an immersive journey of taste, texture, and atmosphere. Inspired by the cellar-door model, the space is designed to engage the senses, from the deep aromas of freshly ground beans to the moody, monochromatic interiors. Every design detail enhances the ritual of coffee appreciation, creating a setting that feels both refined and deeply connected to craft.

The design draws from the depth and complexity of specialty coffee, embracing a dark, tactile palette that mirrors the richness of roasted beans. Steel detailing introduces subtle contrast, reflecting light and adding a refined edge to the moody aesthetic. A symmetrical, cellar-door-inspired layout ensures a seamless flow, with a central island anchoring the space and creating a theatrical focal point for the brewing process.
Lighting plays a critical role in shaping the ambiance, with a mix of task lighting and ambient warmth enhancing the sensory experience. Thoughtfully selected materials, from custom steel joinery to a branded timber entry handle, reinforce the brand’s dedication to quality and craft. The result is a space that doesn’t just serve coffee—it immerses guests in the world of Blacklist, creating an experience that is both bold and meticulously refined.
